Courtney is a partner at Langdale Vallotton, LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, residential real estate, business and corporate law, secured lending, estate
planning, probate, general contract drafting and review, and other transactional law. She is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida. Courtney is originally from Waycross, Georgia. She is a proud “Double Dawg,” having obtained both of her degrees from the University of Georgia. As an undergraduate student, Courtney was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, and she was also a recipient of the William I. Ray Jr. Journalism Scholarship. In 2015, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations. In 2018, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society for her academic achievements. While in law school, Courtney served as a judicial intern to Justice Michael P. Boggs of the
Georgia Supreme Court. She also participated in the University of Georgia School of Law’s Prosecutorial Justice Clinic as well as the Mediation Clinic. Courtney joined Langdale Vallotton, LLP upon her graduation from law school in 2018. She currently resides in Moultrie with her husband, Landon, and their daughters, Tatum and Mary Stuart. She divides her working hours between the firm’s main office in Valdosta and its satellite office in Moultrie, with the majority of her time spent in Moultrie. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the Valdosta Bar Association, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is also an active member of First Baptist Church of Moultrie and volunteers her time and services to the Colquitt County community as a member of Moultrie Service League.
