We recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting held by the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce on October 1st. The office is located at 130 1st Street SE, on the second floor of Dunn Wealth Management (Edward Jones), providing a convenient local connection to the firm and its legal services.
Courtney Bass, a partner at Langdale Vallotton and a Moultrie resident, will spearhead the Moultrie office. Licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida, Bass’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, business and corporate law, secured lending, and general contract drafting and review. In addition to Bass’s practice areas, the firm’s attorneys offer services in appellate law, civil litigation, creditors’ rights, local government and municipal law, personal injury, and zoning and land use planning, among other areas.
