As the public threat posed by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has grown, Langdale Vallotton, LLP has been closely monitoring recommendations from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, and other responsible agencies regarding workplace health and safety. Protecting the health and safety of our colleagues, clients, and staff, as well as the community at large, is our first priority.

Currently, our firm remains open for business, but with a number of measures enacted to promote our goal of providing the safest environment possible. We have implemented a heightened level of hygiene within our office. We are limiting in-person business to the extent possible. When we do conduct business in person, we are seeking to physically distance ourselves from one another and from visitors to the fullest extent possible. We have instructed everyone at Langdale Vallotton, LLP to stay home (a) if that person or anyone in his or her household has exhibited symptoms consistent with a potential coronavirus infection or (b) if he or she has come into contact with a person that has or may have the coronavirus. We are also limiting the number of staff present onsite at a given time, with a number of our attorneys and staff working from home. If a client or any other person scheduled to visit our office has any concerns about the risk posed by conducting their business in person, please let us know. We will be glad to reschedule or, to the extent possible, to provide our services without the necessity of an in-person meeting.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and we will provide updates if there are any changes to our policies. If government guidance or directives necessitate the closing of our office, we intend to work remotely to the best of our ability to meet our clients’needs.

Thank you for your continued support of and confidence in our firm. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Langdale Vallotton, LLP
