Holbrook Speaks at Continuing Legal Education Seminar

On April 20, 2016, Langdale Vallotton, LLP attorney, Amy Holbrook, spoke at a Continuing Legal Education Seminar on Landlord-Tenant Law. Amy specifically discussed the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants under Georgia law, with a special emphasis on liability for injury and risk management issues. Amy focuses a portion of her practice on Landlord-Tenant law, primarily representing landlords and property management companies in disputes with tenants.

Attorney Tina Folsom Nominated for Woman of the Year

This year is the Valdosta Junior Women’s Club’s 59^th annual presentation of the Woman of the Year award. Tina Folsom, an attorney at Langdale Vallotton, has been nominated for this prestigious award by Leadership Lowndes. Tina is on the board of directors for Leadership Lowndes and serves as president of the board of directors for Lowndes Associated Ministries to People (“LAMP”). She also serves on the board for the Annette Howell Turner Center of the Arts and on the Presenter series. Tina is a trustee for Andrew College and was formerly a small group leaders for American Heritage Girls. Tina is an active member of Park Avenue Methodist Church. She and her husband, Brad Folsom, have two children, Madison and Lauren.
