William P. (Pope) Langdale, III made a presentation to the members of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) at its Annual Legal Educational Seminar on May 17, 2013. The topic of his presentation was the admissibility of medical records in civil trials under Georgia’s New Evidence Code, which took effect January 1, 2013.
